You will learn which foods you should be eating, along with the right amounts, so you can reach your goals fast. No guesswork,  no calorie counting, and no more starvation.

Simple Fitness:

Included are 8 workouts that are designed to burn a lot of calories in only 30 minutes a day. You will the workouts in your own home on your own time schedule.  Any fitness level can do them. If you’re a beginner, follow the on-screen modifier. If you’re an advanced exerciser looking to shed those last few pounds, dial up the intensity and challenge yourself to push harder.


You will be invited to join one of my private Facebook group that contain other people just like you going thru the program.  Together we keep each other motivated.   I will also be posting tips, recipes and motivation to help you get the best results.
